For employers who regularly conduct employee appraisals, there's often little that changes from review to review.

I find myself printing the previous period's review, and largely re-typing much of the same information, making updates where necessary to reflect employee performance changes.

Instead of forcing every reviewer to start with a blank slate for employees who've been reviewed before, it would be great if there were an option to pre-fill the current appraisal with the previous period's information.

This would allow us to quickly tweak things without re-entering everything, and it would be a huge time-saver.
