It would be useful to be able to archive or deactivate an Account without it being deleted. Archiving should prevent users from opening tickets for that Account. Furthermore, on the back end, that account should not appear in ordinary searches as it does for contacts who, for example, are in SPAM.

In our use, we have many Accounts that they close and are no longer entitled to assistance. But we want to keep the story of what happened. Additionally, many users working for a closed Account can still open tickets for other open and active Accounts
