As an Admin user, I can search for tickets in the search functionality, but those that are archived only appear if i click to search in 'all modules' rather than 'tickets'. One of my colleagues who is an Agent doesn't have the option to search 'all modules' and therefore cannot see or access 'archived' tickets. Is this a permissions based rule? And if so, what permission do I need to switch on for that Agent to see archived tickets in their department? The person who owns the ticket we are trying to locate, is disabled on Desk, if that has any part to play?
