Are Boards in Zoho Connect Private or Public?

Are Boards in Zoho Connect Private or Public?

So I've created a board in Zoho Connect to manage my work plan in one place. As the admin, I have not assigned any members to the board, does this mean that my board is private? On the other hand, I'm assuming that if I've assigned members to the board, then it becomes viewable only to the members assigned?
