Assign Agent who forwarded email

I want to design a workflow where any time an email is forward to Zoho Desk, the ticket is automatically assigned to the agent who forwarded the email.

I can accomplish this ONE workflow for each AGENT, but I am limited in the number of workflows I can write.

I want one workflow that says 
"automatically assign the new ticket to the agent who created the ticket by forwarding their email."
