Assigning a Ticket to a Team
Hello,
I used to be able to assign a ticket via Zoho Desk to a Team. I just recently realized I no longer have the option. Whenever I try to assign a ticket, I can only assign agents and no longer have the ''Team'' tab. I'm unsure which settings relate to this, as I have not modified anything that I am aware of that would prevent me from assigning tickets to teams.
