Assigning a user from customer portal as admin

1. I accidently added one of my colleagues as contact instead of adding as a Support Rep. But now when i'm trying to add her as Support Rep, it shows the following error " Zoho Support ID already exists. Please use a different Zoho Support ID. "

How to rectify this problem?


2. How to delete a user from the customer portal completely?
