Assistance with Bulk Contact Import in Zoho Email Campaign

I’m currently in the process of importing the Supermarkets customer list from Zoho Accounts into Zoho Email Campaigns. During the import, I’m being prompted to complete the "field mapping" section, but I’m unsure how to properly configure it to ensure a successful import.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the Zoho Email Campaign interface along with the file I’m trying to import for your reference. Please let me know if you need any additional information from my end. I would appreciate it if we could arrange this through a Zoom meeting.
