I have seen we can associate contacts with more than one account which is very useful for us as some of the people we deal with work for several different companies that we deal with. I have followed the article on this and got it to work with some of our customers however some of the contacts on Zoho do not have the option to associate an account with the contact and there is no account listed as being associated however there is one and it otherwise works fine. I've provided a picture below (I renamed Account to Company on our system).
