Auto CC - Moving Departments
We have Auto CC e-mail replies to your support mailbox enabled.
We have two departments:
- Helpdesk (helpdesk@domain.com)
- Delivery (delivery@domain.com)
If we create a Helpdesk ticket, and reply, replies are CC'd to helpdesk@domain.com (OK)
We then move the ticket from Helpdesk to Delivery
We then reply to the ticket
If the reply is sent:
- The reply is added to the Delivery ticket.
- A reply is sent to helpdesk@domain.com, and a new ticket created in Helpdesk.
- Helpdesk sends the auto-responder to delivery@domain.com
Should there be a method to remove the "old" CC from a ticket when the ticket is moved between departments?
