Is there an app where I can create a Workflow Automation and have one of the Actions be a phone call to the customer AND the business to connect via phone? I know there's an SMS action, but I'm looking for a way to essentially schedule an automatic phone call.

Example:

Potential Customer completes web form -> Email 1 is sent out immediately->Delay for 3 days-> If status does not change, another Email is sent out AND an outbound call to potential customer is made AND a call to a call center is also made with the idea that the potential customer and call center rep can speak regarding scheduling an appointment.
