My contacts are not created in Zoho CRM but in another application (MainApp).

Everyday, my MainApp is exporting a CSV file we have to import in Zoho CRM thanks to the Module > Import Contacts function. All the columns are already mapped because they won't change every day.

This is becoming a little tedious because we have to do it every day in order to have the new contacts in Zoho CRM.

I don't want to use the Zoho CRM API because I have to create each time a bunch of new contacts and the import system through file rocks (especially since the last update on the Import History).

Is there any way to automate those imports ? For instance, putting files on an FTP server or send them to a BCC Import Dropbox ?
