Automatic cc when sending emails
Is there a way to set it up so when an email is sent from my zoho account it will automatically cc other email addresses? Or will that need to be manually put in every time? I want it so when an email is sent it automatically cc's other users. I have zoho as my business account and all parties need to be up to speed with what is going on in case a customer calls inquiring about an email sent. I already have it set up to automatically forward to all email accounts, but not sure how to set it up for emails sent. Thanks for your help.
