Bank feeds are broken

Bank feeds are broken

So my bank changed their website a few weeks ago.  It requires 2 factor authentication to log in which I DESPISE, because I have to check a text or email to log in.  
Since then, my bank feed in Zoho has stopped working (since June 4, 2021) and nobody at Zoho or the bank is of any assistance.  Has anyone else encountered this and if so, have you found a way to get around it?
