Best practice for using Topics in Solutions
Our company sells a limited number of products that all have a lot of features and are quite complex. Our customers would intuitively search by product name in Solutions. Is it advisable to use the Topics menu to list product names and then provide solutions under each product name?
If not is there somewhere that would lend itself better to this type of set up?
