Best practices for managing Project Charters, Business Case and RAID logs within Zoho?

Hello everyone,

I’m currently refining our PMO setup within Zoho Projects and I’m curious how others are handling high-level governance documentation.

We’ve been using the standardized Project Charter, Business Case and RAID frameworks from projectmanagertemplate.com to ensure our stakeholders are aligned before we build out the task lists in Zoho.

Do you find it more effective to host these as Zoho Writer documents within the project folder, or do you prefer keeping them as external 'Source of Truth' files attached to the Project Dashboard? I'm trying to find a balance between following industry-standard documentation and staying 'all-in' on the Zoho ecosystem.

Any advice on how you structure your project initiation phase would be appreciated
