Is there some issue going on? I'm not able to work on the ticket per the blueprint, as soon as I assign the ticket to me, the screen freezes.

Setup is>>

New Ticket>>Blueprint(Assing)>>In progress>>Blueprint(Comment).

Not working while assigning the ticket and thereafter we are not able to work on the ticket.
