I couldn't find anything on this topic so far.

Is there any chance that customers, using the web portal (Help Desk) can do more then 'comment' and 'reply'?

I would like customers to accept my 'Resolution' and therefore would like to assign the transition 'Accept'. Is there any possibility that customers in the web portal are able to see and use transitions?
