Hi,

I've been creating Blueprints in Zoho Desk and it is awesome. But I wonder how the Transition Owners configuration works. If I put only one agent as Transition Owner, all the other agents in the department can perform the transition. I though that only the owner could perform the transition. Is this a bug or did I not understood how it works?
