Blueprints - Assigning tasks to an Agent in a different department

Hello all,
I am building a Blueprint in "Department A" at the moment and am having difficulty with a couple of the tasks that are part of the flow. I have a Transition where I need to assign a task in the "After" tab, to "Department B", but I am really not sure how to go about doing this. I have tried a few things, such as:
  1. Built the task in "Department A", and am able to add it to the transition, but I cannot assign the task to another Team (a.k.a Department)
  2. Built the task in "Department B" instead, but I am unable to access it within the Blueprint editor, because the Blueprint is being built in "Department A"
  3. I have added "Department B" ("Blueprint Test" in this case) to the "Transition Owner from a Different Department" section in the Before tab on the transition with Full Access rights. All this seems to do is share it with that department. I need to assign it to the department, without having to pick a specific individual.


Adding this task to Department A means I only have access to assign it to Department A:



I have Admin level permissions to our Zoho Desk instance and am listed as an agent in both Department A and Department B.

Does anyone have any advice, or know what I am doing wrong?
