Bookings Application shows error after adding custom domain

Hi, I was in the process of adding a custom domain for my bookings application, bookings.ukbh.co.uk and trying figure out the cname etc but went offline.
On coming back online I was no longer able to go to the application url: https://one.zoho.com/p/709698367/app/631232372/sso

I suspect it may be that the process was not finished and requires some for of reset.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
