Bulk Redirecting Help Center URLs

Hello,

We are migrating our self-service portal to Zoho Desk from WordPress. We have a bunch of URLs of pages that need to be redirected to an article or a page in Help Centre. Is there a functionality to upload bulk URL to have it redirected?

If, for example, the domain is help.example.com, currently hosting WordPress, but we will map this to Zoho via CNAME. Once mapped, all of our existing URLs which has been indexed by Google will receive a 404 error since the old URLs are no longer working.

Example:

The current URL of https://help.example.com/product1/ needs to be redirected to https://desk.zoho.com/portal/example/kb/product1 (which will be help.example.com/kb/product1 once domain is mapped to Zoho).

How can we achieve this? We have approx 300 URLs that need to be redirected and from my research Zoho doesn't have the functionality to achieve this.
