My organisation handles a number of restricted funds. We previously did this by having a chart of accounts where each restricted fund has its own income and expense accounts. However, our accountant changed this, moving all transactions into accounts based on standard HMRC categories. Unfortunately, as I've learned a year later, we now have 1400 transactions with no record as to which restricted fund they belonged to. We understood that the fund was going to be labelled with a project, but this was not done. We can recover this data but only by manually searching 15 project ledgers per transaction.
Firstly is there a way of rolling back and exporting our former set-up to a spreadsheet, before returning to how Zoho is now?
Secondly, is there a way of bulk tagging a series of transactions?
