We have some users license for ZOHO CRM.
Some of the sales reps use Android phone and come has IOS devises, we have observed that
The Outbound and Inbound call are getting logged Automatically in Android phone, off-course it is asking
for long details at the end of call, easy to filling and log.
but
Iphone uses are not able to do so, they have to go to app and do the call from Apps Contacts,
then only it asks for call log. we have enabled the call log option in iPhones also like other android phones.
Can you guys please help on the same.
