1. I wanted to know whether below options from Zoho Desk can be integrated on our own website-

a. Live Chat

b. Contact Form page (customized)

c. Contact Us Button (or simlar one), on any page of the website including Product page.

clicking on Contact us button can redirect to Contact form page or open up a Fly-over Page (that is while being on same page).

2. Can all these above 3 things can be done or integrated on any PHP site like Woocommerce (Wordpress), Prestashop also.

3. Can that be done on any other ecommerce site too

4.  Can all these above 3 things can be done or integrated without the use of 3rd party Plugin, specially in case of Woocommerce

Please let me know all the possibilities with as much details you can share.
