Can I choose the "reply to" address?

Does Zoho mail allow me to send an email where I choose the "reply to" address? I have several domain names. Currently, I filter in my 3 gmail email accounts into Outlook and I do this through Outlook. Can Zoho do this? I am trying to set up Zoho CRM and integrate Zoho mail and need to make sure this functionality exists before I start paying. 

If this is possible, can you point me to a tutorial to show me how to set up my multiple email addresses?
