Can I have a Contact associated to multiple Accounts?
Hi,
In my company we often have Contacts that need to be associated with several Accounts. Currently, this doesn't seem to be possible: as soon as you assign a Contact to a new Account, it removes it from the previous Account it was associated with.
Is there a way of having one Contact associated to several Accounts?
Creating a duplicate Contact for each Account is not an option for us: Contacts with multiple Accounts want to access all their outstanding support requests for all their Accounts from the Customer Portal in one go.
