Can I sync the zoho folder using Alias's on Mac OsSierra?

I'd like my 'web receipts' folder in 'documents' to sync to Zoho docs. But 'web receipts' is a folder specifically from the print pdf pull down menu and has to be within the documents folder. I want that folder to be shared to zoho docs via the sync desktop app.

Do I have to use 'alias' because all that does is copy the alias file to the cloud. How would you set this up?

I receive an expense receipt > print window > export as pdf to 'web receipts' folder > folder syncs to Zoho docs.
