Can not upload! storage limit of current 5gb plan but iam just over 235 mb

I got this message but my quota is just over 235 mb of uploaded files. Ive added the total size of the zohodocs folder (2.4GB) how is this message possible?I can not upload anymore? Please help. Thanks!
