Can't restore items from recycle bin

Can't restore items from recycle bin

I am unable to restore items from recycle bin whether I have one or multiple items selected. There is not button or option to restore, at least not one that I can find.

BTW, deleting a contact and subsequently deleting any requests is a bad bad bad DB model.
