Can you recommend an option in Zoho CRM for tracking Webinar Attendance
We invite contacts to webinars which are head 3x a week. We get a report of the people that attended. I would like to search for the people that attended so I can call them after the event. We use a 3rd party application called clickfunnels which sends emails to invite our contacts, and we use webinar jam to host and record the webinar. We have considered also use zapier to update the zoho contact records for the people invited and attended or import a csv list but we aren't sure where this data should be recorded in zoho that would allow us to search contacts.
Currently my team is changing the value in the "Lead Source" field but once they have attended multiple webinars this isn't a good tracking method. I have considered creating a multiple pick field but we would then have hundreds of multiple click field options since we hold three webinars a week so this field would have a ton of choices.
Can someone help make a recommendation?
