Canceling a Zoho Desk Ticket search

Hi,

While using the top search bar in Zoho Desk to findparticular tickets, a little 'x' used to pop up to the right of the bar to let me cancel out of my search filter and go back to the general ticket screen. That little 'x' seems to have disappeared and there is no obvious way back out of a search. Clearing all the characters in the search bar doesn't work since I get analert to "Please provide at least 2 letters".

Has the little 'x' been replaced with something else that I'm just not noticing? I use the search bar extensively and since the top nav bar is hidden during searching, it feels really clunky to now have to click through my bookmarks to get back to the rest of Zoho Desk.
