Cannot add images or attachments to article

Cannot add images or attachments to article

I have tried attaching an image into the article, and also to attach a spreadsheet to the article. When I do this nothing happens.  

I uploaded the spreadsheet in Zoho Docs to see if that would help, but nothing comes up there either.
