Cannot save solutions!!!

Cannot save solutions!!!

This morning, I cannot save solutions. When I click the save button after editing an existing solution - the following screen is displayed. When I click back, my changes are gone. I encountered this problem last week also. I can reproduce on both Chrome and IE 9.
