Hi,

I want to add some information to tickets created in ASAP. I can do so using ZohoHCAsapSettings as long as the fields are editable. However, I want to hide those fields, but as soon as I configure them to be hidden in the knowledge base, their values are being ignored upon submitting the tickets.

What do I need to do to programmatically add information to tickets?
