Can't update the app on Linux

I keep getting the message "Update available. Do you want to update to latest version ... ?" I have v 2.2.2, it asked me for 2.2.4 and now for v3.0.2. When asked, I press "update" and am taken to Zoho to download the latest .deb file. I install the new package and get the message "you are already running the latest version" or something like that. I have done this four or five times with the same result.

So seems impossible to update.
