CC'd users receive reply from help center?

CC'd users receive reply from help center?

Hello,

Users who are a CC on tickets are not receiving replies sent by another user from the help center.

Scenario:
  1. User creates a ticket through the help center with 2 CCs on the ticket.
  2. User later replies all through the help center.
  3. CC'd users do not receive the reply.
Is this normal? Do we have to enable the CC notification in the Notification Rules menu for them to be notified? This would be fine for tickets submitted through help center, but for email tickets the CC users would receive two emails: one from being CC'd on the email, and also a notification of reply from Zoho Desk.

Is there any way to enable CC users to receive replies from other users from help center?
