Change “auto disable on” for user

I have a user with auto disable set for a date in the past, I’m trying to reactivate their account but every time I re-enable the mail service, it disables again moments later. I can’t find an obvious way to clear the auto disable (which i presume is overriding me). Does anyone have a way to fix this? The Zoho support team don’t seem to be responding to my requests directly 😢
