Change Fav-Icon on incoming Mail

Hi!

In Firefox4 the new App function is offered. I put zoho Mail in an "App". But now I can not see the number of mails anymore. It would be great if you could change the Fav-Icon when new mail arrives. Then one could see that without having to check the tab.

It works with the Facebook icon.
