Change of layout

Good morning,

Sorry to bother you but I don't know if this has been caused by a change our end or a change of the Support system.

Over the last few days, the layout has changed for Zoho Support. We haven't 'upgraded' to the new layout, we're still using the old one however, here is what is different.

Before, when a new ticket arrived the notification area (top-right, next to 'Subscription') was highlighted with a number. We would then click on that and a drop-down would appear with the most recent notifications. We then used to hold down the 'CMD' key (Mac), I think it's 'CTRL' on Windows and that ticket would open up in a new window.

Now what happens is the ticket is embedded into a page.

This is a pain as we now have to perform further steps to open the ticket in a tab of its own.

Can this be changed back somehow?

p.s. I tried the new layout and it's awful. Will we be able to keep the existing layout?
