Change Template for "Comments added" email

Is there a way to change the template for the email that is sent when a comment is added to a request?

Specifically, we need to remove the "Commented by: Robert Jones ( RJones@MyPersonalEmail.com )"



We can not have the agent's direct email showing to the customers. They will end up emailing an agent directly, killing the support work flow.
