Changing agent-availability per department
I'm looking for a way to manage "online/offline" agent-availibility on a per-department basis. We have agents who are members of multiple departments, and we need a way to quickly and efficiently include/exclude them from round-robins.
I read an article that said this functionality already existed under the user-bubble, but all I found there were the My Availablility, Email, and IM switches and these only change the availibility across all departments simultaneously.
