This would be really nice as the notes always include critical info regarding the case and i find myself always scanning for these. With just the small icon to quickly identify a comment they blend into the thread and they are hard to distinguish. A different color background for the different communication methods would be great. So notes could have yellowish background... calls greenish etc...
