Hi all, when im trying to modificate a status of a ticket,for example from open to closed, appears a popup that says:
"The ticket has been succesfully updated"
And then a message that says:
"The allocation rules ofthis ticket has modified the Ticket"
Click on update, and the status of the ticket comeback to "Open".
Can anybody please help me on this? Im the administrator of this account, and im not being able to close a ticket.
The allocation rule says:
Tickets directed to any department, that contains in the email @company.com will be assigned to the department company, and assigned to my user.
