Changing text on "Call to Action Links" widget

Changing text on "Call to Action Links" widget

Hi,

In my customer portal the "Call to Action Links" widget (seen below) has a typo that I want to fix but I cant see where in the portal customisation interface I can edit this. I only really want to remove the "s" from "Submit a Ticket s". 

Would anyone be able to point me in the direction of where this text is managed?
