Chat Box for Webinars

From reading previous posts, it sounds like it was a design decision to not have the chat box feature in Webinar. As I understand it, the rationale is that a webinar is a one to many presentation whereas a meeting is a more collaborative event. 

I'd like you to reconsider having chat box as part of the webinar. 

The way we do webinars is we have the person(s) talking and we also have a co-organizer who acts as a Producer and interacts with the Q&A. Our attendees keep trying to use the Q&A feature to comment on/discuss the presentation. I think it would add a richness to the overall webinar if the attendees could carry on side conversations about the content. It would also give the presenters some real-time feedback so they can adjust their presentation to the audience.

      We add customers info into the vaults and I wanted to see if we could do some sort of "file request" like how dropbox offers with files. It would be awesome if a customer could go to a link and input a "title, username, password, url" all securely and it then shows up in our team vault or something.
