I Enbaled the Chat feature and the "Enable float button in Help Center" is checked, but the chat window doesn't appear in the Help Center. I looked through the KB article for settings up chat, and I don't see why it isn't showing up. I am using Chrome browser. Does anyone have any ideas on this?
