Has anyone got this working? Had my client install the Zoho Assist - Customer app on her Chromebook. I was able to connect (although the screen resolution was garbage), but had no remote control.

Also wondering - for any Zoho employees - if & when Unattended Access will come to Chromebooks. They're a great solution for seniors, but not if you have to talk them through a support connection every time!
