We would like to request an enhancement that allows popup designs to be reused across different PageSense projects.
Problem Statement:
Currently, Zoho PageSense allows popups to be duplicated only within the same project. There is no way to clone, copy, or reuse a popup design across different projects.
In real-world workflows, users often:
- Manage multiple websites or brands, each with its own PageSense project
- Design and test popups on a staging / test server, then deploy the same popup on a live production server that uses a different PageSense tracking code
Because projects are isolated, users are forced to manually recreate the popup design in each project—even after the design has already been finalized and tested.
Requested Capability:
Please add the ability to clone, copy, or export/import popup designs between PageSense projects, while keeping project data isolated.
The cloning should include design and appearance only, such as:
- Layout and structure
- Text content
- Buttons and CTAs
- Colors, fonts, and styling
Value & Impact:
- Saves significant time by eliminating repetitive manual work
- Supports standard test → staging → production workflows
- Ensures design consistency across multiple sites and environments
- Reduces configuration errors when recreating popups
- Greatly improves usability for teams managing many PageSense projects
This feature would be a major productivity and usability improvement for teams using PageSense across multiple environments and projects.
