Configure SAML Single Logout for Zoho Desk - Help center

Hello , 

we configure the SAML authentification sucessfully for Zoho Desk helfcenter and everything is working fine . But as soon the user try to logout , there is an error from our identity provider (Bad request - No Saml request send). 

we have severals application connected to our SAML Identity provider and Logout works fine for every application expect for Zohodesk. 
There is no SAML Request in the Logout functionalities. Did we miss any property in the configuration?  


Please we need help as soon ass possible. This is really annoying for our customers.
